Day of Giving

The University of Rochester's annual Day of Giving is a 24-hour online fundraising initiative that fosters engagement and philanthropic support from alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff, grateful patients, and friends, benefiting key areas across the University and Medical Center. 2024 marked the University’s 10th Annual Day of Giving.

Multi-piece mailer that contained a personalized info card with call-to-action prompts, a scratch-off card with variable data fields containing custom scratch-offs that revealed recipient giving + impact facts, a sheet of custom ‘tech tattoo’ stickers, and giving designation card with reply device. The sample above is one of three segments that were sent out and customized based on recipient’s affiliations.

Day of Giving ads are featured across University publications and select local outlets.

Ambassador Kit

Multiple versions of social media + digital ad graphics are created each year for the University’s annual Day of Giving. Multiple versions of templates are created in Canva for internal partners and campus groups to use to customize their promotional content for their programs during Day of Giving.
